Vortray accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unused, clean, and in their original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included when applicable.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and customized items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Starting a return
Use the Contact page with your order number, email address, and reason for return. Do not send items back before the return is approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.
