Vortray is set up for U.S. customers first. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Processing: 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

U.S. delivery

Estimated U.S. delivery: 7-12 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other events outside the store's control.

Tracking

A tracking email is sent after shipment so you can follow the package once the carrier receives it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. Vortray cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or delayed packages
