Are Vortray caps available now?

Yes. Available caps can be purchased directly from the Shop and collection pages. New styles are added by fit, fabric, and graphic direction.

How do I know whether a cap will fit?

Product pages list the crown profile, closure style, brim shape, material, and fit notes so you can choose the right cap before ordering.

What currency do you use?

Prices are shown in USD for the U.S. market.

Shipping and returns

Where do you ship?

Vortray is set up for U.S. customers first. Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, and estimated U.S. delivery takes 7-12 business days after shipment.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. A tracking email is sent after the order ships.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unworn items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, clean, and in their original condition unless a product arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I contact support?
