Return Policy

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Because socks are a personal-wear item, they must be unworn, unused, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.

Contact vortray@onservice.online before sending an item back. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Final eligibility is confirmed after inspection.
